To refine the U.S. Navy’s aircrew training and operations, GTC Analytics used TRAIT, our AI/ML predictive data analytic solution, to help students in the pilot training program get extra training to avoid late drop-out or remove them earlier from the program.

How It Works

Our TRAIT software tool uses AI/ML in early pilot training programs to identify students who are more likely or at high risk of attriting out of the program in later, more expensive phases. Moreover, TRAIT utilizes the same data to determine the most suitable aircraft type for each student, whether it be a rotorcraft, cargo plane, fighter jet, etc.
